Our Team Members are at the heart of the Soft Landing experience. You’ll serve soft serve and other treats, help guests navigate our menu, run the register, restock, clean and help keep the shop running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, works well as part of a team and takes pride in creating a great guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior food service experience
• Broad/open availability, including evenings and weekends
• Must be available to work Sundays
• Friendly, dependable and comfortable engaging with guests
• Able to work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
• Willing to take initiative and contribute to a clean, organized shop

Team Member - Eagle
20-30 hours/week | Age 18+
Our Dining Attendants help keep Soft Landing clean, welcoming and running smoothly during our busiest evening hours.
This is a great entry-level role for a responsible student who wants to gain work experience in a fun, fast-paced environment. Dining Attendants keep guest areas clean, wipe tables, sweep the front of the shop, stock supplies, and jump in on other support tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
• Dependable, positive and ready to work
• Comfortable staying busy and taking initiative
• Takes pride in keeping spaces exceptionally clean and welcoming
• Works well with team members and interacts warmly with guests
• Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6–9 PM

Dining Attendant - Eagle
6-10 hours/week | Weekend Evenings
Our soft serve machines are at the center of what we do, and keeping them exceptionally clean and properly maintained is critical to our shops.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Machine Care Specialist to take primary responsibility for the regular cleaning, sanitizing, disassembly and reassembly of our commercial soft serve equipment at both our Boise and Eagle locations. This is a specialized, behind-the-scenes role with work primarily outside normal operating hours. It’s ideal for someone who is comfortable working with equipment, extremely thorough and enjoys independent, hands-on work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Disassemble commercial soft serve machines for regular scheduled cleaning
• Thoroughly wash and sanitize machine components
• Reassemble and sanitize machines so they are ready for service
• Follow detailed food-safety and machine-care procedures
REQUIREMENTS
• Exceptionally reliable and detail oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to follow precise cleaning and sanitation procedures every time
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable disassembling and reassembling equipment
• Flexible availability for late-evening and/or morning work outside normal shop hours
• Commercial foodservice or equipment experience preferred; commercial soft serve machine experience strongly preferred
