Soft Landing was born from a family tradition—weekly Friday night ice cream outings shared by Katie Fourcin, her husband Dominique, and their two daughters. Inspired by Boise’s vibrant community spirit and scenic charm, they set out to revitalize a vintage 1937 building at the corner of State St. and 13th, blending the nostalgia of the past with a fresh take on classic soft serve. Soon after, Soft Landing expanded to a second location in beautiful downtown Eagle.

Today, Soft Landing serves up all-natural soft serve, special sundaes, housemade toppings, espresso and more in settings designed for slowing down, connecting, and savoring sweet moments. Every detail—from the thoughtfully sourced ingredients to the aesthetics of each location—reflects a commitment to quality and community.
