Inspired by Boise’s vibrant community spirit and scenic charm, they set out to revitalize a vintage 1937 building at the corner of State St. and 13th, blending the nostalgia of the past with a fresh take on classic soft serve.
Today, Soft Landing serves up all-natural soft serve ice cream, housemade toppings, coffee, and a simple savory menu in a welcoming space designed for slowing down, connecting, and savoring sweet moments. Every detail—from the thoughtfully sourced ingredients to the carefully restored building—reflects a commitment to quality and community.
