Soft Landing was born from a family tradition—weekly Friday night ice cream outings shared by Katie Fourcin, her husband Dominique, and their two daughters. Inspired by Boise’s vibrant community spirit and scenic charm, they set out to revitalize a vintage 1937 building at the corner of State St. and 13th, blending the nostalgia of the past with a fresh take on classic soft serve.

Today, Soft Landing serves up all-natural soft serve ice cream, housemade toppings, coffee, and a simple savory menu in a welcoming space designed for slowing down, connecting, and savoring sweet moments. Every detail—from the thoughtfully sourced ingredients to the carefully restored building—reflects a commitment to quality and community.
